This year's SOEP User Conference took place in Berlin from July 8 to 9. Sven Hartmann presented a paper entitled "Works councils and bonus payments", which is joint work with Yue Huang and Laszlo Goerke. The conference was a highly successful event, offering excellent opportunities for academic exchange, inspiring presentations, and engaging discussions on research using SOEP data.
