The 26th edition of the Erfurt Commentary on Labour Law has been published. The IAAEU has been represented since the first edition. For over 25 years, the Institute has been involved in this commentary, which is so important for labour law, and will continue to be so in the future. In this edition, the commentaries on the TFEU, AGG, EntgTranspG and MuSchG are jointly provided by Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Monika Schlachter and Prof. Dr. Daniel Ulber.
This edition is also the last one to feature contributions from Prof. Dr. Ulrich Preis, who passed away this year. His many years of dedication have shaped the commentary and will continue to be felt in the Erfurter Kommentar in the future. Not least because of his long-standing role as editor, the Erfurter Kommentar is considered the standard work on labour law.
