Our student assistants Katharina Seel and Jakob Plum successfully represented the IAAEU at the 10th Moot Court at the Federal Labour Court in Erfurt. In particular, pleading before the judges of the Federal Labour Court and receiving their individual feedback made the event a special and extremely practical experience, for which the Institute extends its warm congratulations. In addition to Prof. Daniel Ulber, Josephine Ende and Georg Kuhs, our team was also supported in its preparations by the law firm TowaRA:Arbeitsrecht and the Mainz Regional Labour Court, for which we are very grateful.
