From July 20-22 2023 Jana Hagenmüller participated in the '12. Tagung Junge Arbeitsrechtswissenschaft' (TJAR) in Bayreuth. The general theme of the conference was "Labor law as congealed constitutional law?" and offered numerous speakers from Germany and Austria the opportunity to present their own research results and to put them up for discussion. The keynote speeches were given by Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Monika Schlachter and former Federal Constitutional Judge Prof. Dr. Andreas Paulus.

In addition to the interesting lectures, the social program with a historical city tour and a joint dinner offered the participants the opportunity for professional and personal exchange.
